Here we go!

I used the Stamp of the Month to create a memory page about our first family home.
When I saw the tree it reminded me of the great Elm trees that line our street.
My favourite part of this layout is the tone on tone stamping I did with the little heart, what do you think?

I used the paper fundamentals packs in basic and whimsy, the new seaside paper, colonial while, Daisy White, Lagoon, & Hollyhock card-stock. I used Whisper, Chocolate, Lagoon, Sorbet, & Hollyhock exclusive  Inks, and gold Shimmer trim I also used the micro-tip scissors, EZ dots adhesive and Bonding memories Glue.

I hope you enjoyed my post please leave comments bellow!
Now "Hop" on over to Regina Kettering's Blog to see her work! Be sure to visit all the Consultants at their

Thanks for stopping by I wanted to show you what I created using the For Always Picture My Life cards.  I used a Hip Pic album for this purpose and gave the album as a gift to my Best Friend for her wedding photos. I love making mini albums they are fast and easy and don't take a lot of supplies.  See my supply list after the photos to see the additional supplies I used please contact your local consult to place an order.
the Cell Phone embellishment was cut from one of the 4x6 cards and the envelope stamp is from the LOL stamp set.  I will be adding the text message my best friend got from her husband on the morning of the wedding. I also cut up this weather card to create the embellishment cluster you see above

I love the new Flaxen and Glacier inks I feel the work well with the gold ascents

Here I cut out one of the Picture My Life cards for as an embellishment it almost has a stamped feel. Picture My Life Cards are a great addition to your stash as they are very versatile.

Here I used Glacier Slate and whisper ink with Happy Hexagons Hostess Stamp
The XOXOX is a preview of January"s Stamp of the month as a second generation stamping

I have been a Close to My heart Consultant for one month and this is my first Blog Hop.  I am very excited to share my artwork with you.  I have fell in Love with the new Cut Above Card Kits, it gives you all the paper supplies to make 10 beautiful cards for $10.95 cnd.
Cut Above Happy Birthday Card Kit Item Number: Z2061
I recently hosted a Card Night with some girlfriends and we loved how easy these cards were to put together and that looked so amazing in the end.  I took several of the New stamp sets out to be used on the cards so that they could have cards that suited the occasions that they needed them for. This inspired me to reinvent the pre-designed cards ever so slightly to give the kit some uniqueness. Here is what I came up with.

Here is how the card is shown on the kit packaging I used Juniper Exclusive Ink and the "You mean the world to Me " B1467 Stamp Set.

Next I turned the card on its side and stamped with the "Your Own Kind Of Wonderful" D1627 stamp set.
I also added some colour with the the blue ShinHan twin touch marker. These new markers are one of my absolute favourite new products.  We have 24 great different colours.
With this card I layered the strips and used the  "Your Own Kind Of Wonderful" D1627 stamp set again and added some stamping in the card as well. I just love the butterflies these were stamped with the 1x1 block.

With this last card I completely mixed it up I trimmed the frame in half and then trimmed the blue striped piece so it appeared to be running the full length of the card. Finally I trimmed the yellow piece so it looked like a flag.  I used the November stamp of the Month in Cocoa & Juniper, a little perk of being a consultant.
I hope that you are enjoying the Blog Hop and that you will try the new Cut Above kits.
